Annual Auction: Like parties and excitement? The auction is our biggest fundraiser of the year and it takes a lot of volunteers to make it a success! Dec-March, various roles have different timing.

Coe Cares: Support Coe families in need via various activities including the annual food drive, giving tree and more. Ongoing.

Coe Game Night: Help to organize our annual family game night partnering with Blue Highway Games. Dec-Jan.

Coe-mmunity Night: Help to organize a fun night at Coe showcasing the many wonderful cultures in our Coe Community. Jan-Feb.

Book Drive and Read-a-Thon: Love books and reading? Help coordinate the annual read-a-thon or staff the book fair. April.

Jog-a-Thon: Help organize and cheer on our students in the year's final fundraiser. April-May

Back to School Bash: Our first big event of the year! Help us welcome our families back to Coe. Aug-Sept

Monster Mash: Coe's annual Halloween Extravaganza! Organize games and activities for this popular all-school event with raises money for the 5th grade trip to Islandwood. Oct.

Fall Fund Drive: Our second largest fundraiser which supports Coe's staffing grant for the following year. Runs Sept-Oct.

Kindergarten Outreach: Coordinate incoming kindergarten welcome activities, including park meetups, boohoo breakfast, and kindergarten tours. July-Aug.

Coe Spirit Wear: Set up our store & coordinate items, 2-3 times throughout the school year.

Cookie Dough: Help coordinate our annual Cougar Mountain Cookie Dough fundraiser. Oct-Dec.

Popcorn: Coordinate our Friday popcorn sales; typically 4-5 grade parents as proceeds go toward Islandwood. Ongoing.

Birthday Hats/Treats: Assemble monthly birthday hats or coordinate monthly birthday treats. Ongoing.

Gardening: Coordinate our two gardening days and assist with grounds maintenance. Ongoing.

Room Parent Coordinator: Serve as PTA liaison and help to assist room parents. Ongoing.

Staff Appreciation Team: Helps coordinate staff meals, weekly stocking of staff room, and other staff appreciation events. Ongoing.

Volunteer Coordinator: Assists exec team and leads in finding & asking for volunteers. Ongoing.

Finance Team: Helps with our annual PTA audit. Finance/auditing background helpful! Ongoing, mainly fall.
