Assist with coordinating communications for the Coe weekly bulletin!

Help us spread the word on all things Auction, including key dates & deadlines, from January-April through various channels.

We need 3 people who love kids & art, and love helping kids create art! Each parent artist will be given two grade levels and work closely with Mr. Chavez to create memorable art pieces to be auctioned off at the Live Auction!

The Coe Auction consists of a silent auction leading up to a live in-person auction. It’s a fun evening of dinner, dancing and donating! Our auction is the largest annual fundraiser for Coe Elementary to bridge the gap for support and opportunities accessible to all Coe students that are not funded by the school district.

Work with the staff appreciation team to welcome teachers and staff back to school in the fall, coordinate stocking the Coe Cafe (staff lounge) and lead activities for Staff Appreciation Week.
