Book Fair!
A beloved event for all Coe Cougars! We’re excited to partner once again with the local Secret Garden Books store for an after-school Book Fair at our very own Kearns Library, from April 27 - 30th.
You can help out by signing up to unload books and set up, work as a cashier to check out students and families or support tear down after the event.

Teacher Appreciation Week Treats
Help us show our staff how much we appreciate them by providing homemade or store-bought goodies that they're sure to love.
Treats can be dropped off at the Coe office on Mon. May 4 or Tues. May 5 between 7:30 am and 1:00 pm.

Jog-a-Thon!
To make our annual Jog-a-Thon a success we need volunteers to help with set up & tear down crews, water station, dobbing and handing out popsicles!
This year’s jog-a-thon will be Friday, May 15th.

POPCORN FRIDAYS!
We love our annual tradition of Popcorn Fridays! In order to make Popcorn Fridays happen we need 3 volunteers every week - to pop the popcorn and sell popcorn and treats. It's a fun, easy and festive way to volunteer and bring happiness to the students every week! :)

Coe Cares
Coe Cares is a program that has two primary areas of focus:
Coe Cares primary focus is supporting Coe families in times of financial or emotional hardship, ensuring that all Coe families and students can participate in school and school-adjacent activities.
Coe Cares also focuses on developing leaders for the future: organizing school food, book, and supply drives for local non-profit organizations, and hosting service and connection opportunities in Queen Anne and the broader Seattle community.

Calling Volunteers for 2025-26!
Interested in taking a lead or shadowing one of our events/volunteer positions next year? Please fill out our volunteer survey as we are starting to fill positions for next year!
About Volunteering
Our PTA runs on volunteers, and there are plenty of ways to be involved via a variety of committees and events. We welcome any time commitment that is possible to you and your family. The best way to stay up to date with monthly volunteer opportunities, no matter how big or small, is to check out the Current Volunteer Opportunities page on our website. PTA members will also receive regular emails with volunteer asks throughout the year. In addition, we run regular communications to the entire school in the weekly Wednesday Coe Bulletin - don’t forget to scroll down to catch the PTA section! Please email president@coepta.org with any questions.
Did you know many employers will match your volunteer hours? Visit coepta.org/corporate-matching for more details!
Looking to volunteer in your child’s classroom? The school, not the PTA, runs this effort –please reach out to ldloewe@seattleschools.org for information about the volunteer approval process.
